FAQ


 

How do I order?
When you see something you would like to buy just press the ADD TO CART button. If you can't see an add to cart button, click on the product that you like and it will open a page with more details and images for this product, on this page will be the ADD TO CART button.

You will then be taken to your shopping cart to see your order. Once an item is in your shopping cart you can keep browsing for other items or complete your checkout. If you have an amazon or paypal account you can chose to pay via this method, saving you time filling out address details etc.  Once your billing and shipping details are in place you can choose how to pay for your order.

 

How can I pay?
You will be invited to pay via one of these methods

  • VISA - Credit and Debit cards
  • MASTERCARD - Credit and Debit cards
  • AMERICAN EXPRESS
  • PAYPAL
  • AMAZON
  • BITCOINS - payments via coinbase

Simply select a payment method and when prompted log into your relevant account to authorise payment.

 

Do I need an account with you?
In a word, no. If you are in a rush or find it a hassle you don't have to make an account in order to make a purchase. There are some benefits to making an account, including future discounts, you can use one of the social login buttons to do this in a couple of clicks. Again this saves time and makes sure the information we use for deliveries and contacting you is accurate.

 

What happens after I order?
When you make an order work starts by picking each item in your order.  It is given very close inspection to make sure it leaves in perfect condition. Once your items are inspected and approved for shipping they are packed in a presentational box. This is placed inside a larger plane cardboard outer box. While there is no advertising on the outer box the shipping label will say From: Ed Vincent Jewellery. You will be notified by email when your package is sent for delivery, this email will contain your order tracking information link.

 

Where is my order?
You can track the status of your orders using the link provided in our shipping confirmation emails.

 

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your item(s) arrived damaged or broken please let us know as soon as possible. If 30 days (45 for purchases via Facebook) pass from the receipt of your items without contacting us it is deemed you have accepted each delivered item. Depending on the type of damage, your item(s) may either be repaired to original condition, replaced with an identical product or (at your request) exchanged for a different type of product of the same or lesser value.

 

What happens if I want to return my order?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, cufflink box or pendant box for example and returned within 30 days (45 for purchases via Facebook) of purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning items unless your return is due to damage or error on our part.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted. These include

  • Any item with obvious signs of use, miss-use or wear.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days (45 for purchases via Facebook) after delivery.
  • Any item that has been damaged beyond repair.
